1. Best Rats to Hunt? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Guristas are pretty good for shield modules. The Dread passive hardeners are quite nice.

2. HAC prices changing gamers strategy? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
I'll always try to kill a hac first if in an all t1 gang because no matter what happens after that I'll be able to say it was an economic victory. It's much more satisfying to kill a hac than a battleship.

3. Titan Destroyed - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
From my experience working with the Eve article on Wikipedia, a lot of the contributors are ex-players and not terribly happy with the game. It shows.

4. Outposts - The stupidity? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
It would be better then, if they changed the message: "The heat from your weapons systems makes it impossible for you to safely dock: wait xx seconds," or something similar.

Pretty pretty please move 'lock' away from 'show info'! That one's caused a lot of grief over the years.

8. Consumer warning concerning ISS shares - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
As several investors have pointed out, share dividends are very high. As such there are only two possibilities: 1) ISS stations are a success. 2) ISS stations are a failure, but the ISS is shelling out billions every month to hide this fact. Gi...

9. Bloodlines Deployment Discussion Thread - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
From what I have read so far, the problems on TQ aren't being replicated on the test server. Is the new TQ hardware different from the test hardware? Could that be why the problems were not detected?

10. is ISS Marginis under attack? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
It's also worthwhile to note that anyone attacking a large POS with the current server stability issues, whether to gain sov or otherwise, with any size force, would need their head checking. Waiting sixty seconds for your dread to acknowledge you...

11. Ettiquete of Transitioning into 0.0 - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
You got in safely, you were on your way out. If you felt you could get in and out safely in a small ship there's a chance you might try coming back in something bigger. A cruiser can usually take small 0.0 npc spawns, as can an AF. By killing you ...

12. FFS CCP do something against suicide ganks in empire - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]

13. Sentry Guns in .1 - .4 ... What's the point? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Without sentry guns, smaller ships would be able to pirate effectively at gates. That means that instead of facing a long-locking battleship you would be facing an insta-lock interceptor which would be all over you in less than three seconds.

14. Poll: Unload to cargo? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
If you end up very low on ammo, you may need to unload to cargo in order to redistribute ammo to your guns so that they all hold equal amounts and can fire an equal number of shots. You don't want four guns that can fire eighty shots and four guns...

15. Question about entry systems to 0.0 - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
He's not whining. He's annoyed that pirates sit on a 0.0 gate and kill people then jump back to high-sec whenever there's danger. If there was a patch of low-sec instead of high-sec it would be possible for anti-pirates to follow them and kill them.

18. How many scramblers does it take to scramble these days ? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Now that should be impossible, unless they were using the sole +2 warp core stab. Probably they jammed/Damped a target, or one of the scramblers happened to fail at an inopportune moment.

19. How many scramblers does it take to scramble these days ? - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Only 1 +2 warp core stab has ever been given out. You can get an inty that can scramble anything but its very expensive. Three +3 scramblers makes the wallet cry.
